Comprehensive irrigation system serving extensive podium planters and ground-plane planting areas. Multi-zone control accommodates varying microclimates across large-scale public realm.
Paving & Surface Works
Large-scale hardscape paving defines plazas, seating zones, and circulation patterns across the Metrotown towers. Material palette includes permeable surfaces and durable concrete supporting heavy public foot traffic.
Site Furnishings
Substantial site furnishings including benches, bollards, and custom planters create active public realm. Design supports community gathering and contributes to Metrotown destination character.
Concrete Works
Extensive concrete structural elements including plaza foundations, retaining walls, and structural supports underpin the large-scale hardscape delivery at Station Square 2 & 3, enabling durable public realm performance.

Large-scale hardscape and landscape delivery for major Metrotown high-rise towers with significant podium and public-realm scope. Seating, planters, irrigation, and planting coordinated with tower cranes and multi-phase delivery.
