What We Delivered

Softscape Installation

Tree canopy and foundation planting composition developed to establish visual greenery along 200 Keary Street frontage. Species selection emphasizes drought tolerance and urban resilience for sustained performance in the Brewery District context.

Irrigation & Water Systems

Integrated irrigation infrastructure serving both street-facing planters and internal courtyards. System design accommodates retrofit conditions within active construction environment, with phased commissioning alongside building occupancy.

Paving & Surface Works

Large-scale hardscape defining public circulation, seating zones, and landscape features. Material palette includes permeable pavers minimizing stormwater impact and durable concrete edges supporting heavy foot traffic from adjacent public realm.

Site Furnishings

Site furnishings including benches, waste receptacles, and custom planters integrated into landscape design. Materials selected for public-realm durability and minimal maintenance in mixed-use setting.
