Yes. We plan and manage annual maintenance programs with strata councils, property managers and owners, including developing and tracking maintenance budgets and prioritising improvements based on site conditions and long-term value.

Lawn cutting, bed maintenance, pruning of trees and shrubs up to 15 feet, seasonal planting adjustments and ongoing site cleanup, with regular site reviews and consistent staffing. Irrigation, water feature, snow clearing and backflow services are available as part of the same program.

Yes. We monitor forecasts, deploy crews proactively and provide salting, sanding, plowing and hand clearing of walkways, stairways, plazas and amenity areas. Larger or higher-risk properties can have overnight crews during extended or severe weather.

Yes. We maintain multi-zone irrigation systems, podium installations and integrated mechanical components, including seasonal start-ups and shutdowns, repairs, winterization and troubleshooting. Because we often install these systems ourselves, we know their layout and intent.

Yes. Our team performs certified backflow testing and maintenance to verify that prevention devices work correctly and meet municipal requirements, which often call for annual testing.
