We were hired to provide design and build services to modernize the front landscaping of this apartment block in West Vancouver. The renovation included a new main entrance with unit pavers and block walls, designed to complement the building façade. The new soft landscaping utilized the slope on the property to create a dry creek bed at the lowest point with boulders and pocket planting, breaking up the expanse of lawn to create a more interesting visual appearance from the street. The site’s old wooden fencing was removed to open up the east side of the property and create a place where people can enjoy, while privacy of the suites was maintained through custom cedar fencing and moving two striking palm trees that were on the property.
