In an emerging development area, River Park Place in Oval Village in Richmond, provided us the opportunity to be part of another project for our client Intracorp Homes. Spanning across a 9-month period, this project consisted of large areas of paving, planting, decking, furnishings and large green roofs spanning across the level 7 rooftops. With a tight schedule, we worked closely with our client to maximise tower crane usage, hoisting most of the project materials to the rooftops in a short period of time. The off-site scope was large, and we worked closely with the City of Richmond, Architects and client to ensure design and install expectations were closely met
